Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy


How To Return An Item

We want satisfaction to be where you’re at with tiwia.  But, in the case you are not, tiwiastyle will gladly refund, exchange or issue merchandise credit for the price at the time of purchase (with original receipt) or for the current selling price (without original receipt). tiwia is not responsible for shipping costs of Returns or Exchanges, unless item is damaged or defective.

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.  Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  

In the case of final sales, tiwia will not accept returns or exchanges for these items.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in new condition with tags attached, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
